Can I get an exchange or store credit if I already cut my lace off.
To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Can I exchange an order I purchased on SALE
NO! Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items does not qualify for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT
